Mr. Mauriello has represented sellers and purchasers in dozens of commercial real estate transactions involving office buildings, apartments and other commercial properties in California, Texas, Colorado, Missouri and other States. His services have included formation and qualification of entities in various states, preparation and certification of organizational documents, and review and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and loan documents.
