Thomas D. Mauriello was one of the featured speakers at the Second Annual Environmental Law Series Workshop that was held on March 7, 2009 at Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles. The Workshop was sponsored jointly by the Loyola University Law School Environmental Law Society and the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter, Conservation Law Committee, of which Mr. Mauriello is a member. The workshop focused on California and Federal laws related to global warming, clean air, and clean water. Mr. Mauriello spoke on the issue of recovery of attorneys’ fees by prevailing parties in environmental litigation. Other speakers include prominent academic, government and private practice lawyers, who will address global warming, clean air law, and clean water law.
